Refund policy

Imperium sells digital products only: PDF ebooks delivered by download and by email immediately after payment is confirmed. There is no physical shipping.

Right of withdrawal

If you have not yet downloaded or opened your file, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase by emailing us. Once the file has been downloaded, the sale is final and no refund will be issued, because the digital content has already been delivered in full.

Wrong edition or technical problems

If you purchased the wrong language edition by mistake, or if the file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable, contact us and we will replace it or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

How to request a refund

Email mentalistpt@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved directly and faster this way.
